Toledo’s Ambiance and Dining Experience
Spend the evening at this unique rooftop dining experience enjoying delicious tapas, sublime steaks and succulent seafood under a large pair of olive trees and shimmering vaulted ceilings. You’ll be blown away by this Spanish haven inspired by surrealist art and the 1930s avant-garde.
There is an on-stage tapas kitchen that serves small plates, charcutería and cheeses. Enjoy entreés such as our aged, hand-cut Spanish chuletón for two (28-ounce bone-in rib-eye steak) or any of the delicious, sustainable seafood offerings—scallops, grouper and charred octopus.
