Trattoria al Forno’s Ambiance and Dining Experience
You’ll step right in to a cozy trattoria as you enjoy Italian regional specialties and family favorites. Showcasing an artisanal menu, you’ll be able to celebrate the diversity of Italian cuisine with authentic ingredients and recipes.
Begin your day with a bountiful breakfast featuring poached eggs with fennel sausage, Sunday gravy, parmesan cheese, creamy polenta and toasted focaccia; buttermilk pancakes with a seasonal compote served with bacon or sausage; an open-faced omelette made with fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil; Sunday gravy served with breakfast potatoes and sausage or bacon; and avocado toast on house-made ciabatta.
For dinner, start with an inspired caprese salad or soup- and then enjoy authentic pizzas, oak-grilled strip steak, lasagna al forno, perfect chicken parmigiana and so many more of your favorite Italian dishes. Finish your meal by treating your senses to a delightful assortment of Italian desserts and seasonal sweets.
Signature cocktails and Italian beers and sodas round out the drink menu.

At Trattoria al Forno’s you’ll be able to pair your meal with an authentic wine. Their extensive wine list has the proud distinction of being 100% Italian. All of the proudly featured wines come from historic wine regions, including Tuscany, Veneto and Piedmont. Aficionados of Chiantis, super Tuscans, Prosecco, Pinot Grigio and Moscato. There are over 60 offerings by the bottle and more than 25 wines by the glass!
