Liberty Tree Tavern’s Ambiance
There are six individual rooms themed many popular figures from early history of the United States—Betsy Ross, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Paul Jones, Paul Revere, and George and Martha Washington.
Rich wood paneling, candelabra chandeliers, large brick fireplaces, and walls lined with period portraits and curios welcome the weary time traveler. The Liberty Tree Tavern truly feels like a quaint and cozy Colonial home. Be sure to wander the rooms and see if you can spot the signature artifacts famously associated with each American featured!

Enjoy a full-on feast for lunch or dinner: the all-you-care-to-enjoy Patriot’s Platter, piled high with roasted turkey breast, pot roast and oven-roasted pork, and accompanied by traditional sides.
