Disney’s Pop Century Resort
If you are looking for a fun and affordable resort option in Walt Disney World I suggest Pop Century. Adorable theming, newly refurbished rooms and skyliner access are all part of this nostalgic hotel that is fun for the whole family.
This resort is broken into sections that celebrate the best of pop culture during the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. As you explore the grounds you will be amazed at the larger than life memorabilia like giant yo-yo’s, foosball tables, Rubiks cubes and so much more!
The rooms have new wood flooring, crisp white linens and a cheerful Mickey Mouse art piece above each bed. You will find one king sized bed or one Queen with a pull down murphy Queen. A large closet, kitchenette and bathroom vanity area round out the room.
There are three pools to enjoy in the shapes of a computer and bowling pin and the fun Hippy Dippy with flower shaped water squirters. There is also a kiddie pool so all members of the family can get in on the water fun.
You’ll find whatever you’re craving at the resort’s quick service dining location- Everything POP. From waffles to burgers, chicken to pizza, no one will go hungry when staying here. Be sure to check out the famous tye-dye cheesecake for dessert!
Once you’re unpacked and ready for the parks, you can step just behind the resort to hop on the skyliner and be whisked away to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. This transportation option is fast and convenient and a huge perk for this location.
