Whispering Canyon Cafe Ambiance and Dining
The restaurant is modeled after a log cabin lodge with a true rustic charm. The perfect place to take children for a fun meal! Besides serving all your favorite comfort meals, the cast members really help in adding to the theatrics. Make sure you ask for ketchup!
Guests can enjoy breakfast or lunch and choose from a selection of our
famous all-you-care-to-enjoy signature skillets. Choose The Heritage skillet
featuring house-made buttermilk-cheddar biscuits, sausage gravy, scrambled
eggs, bacon and Mickey waffles or decide to enjoy The Carnivore featuring
maple-chipotle barbecued slow-smoked pork ribs, citrus-herb chicken, country
potatoes and charred carrots. The Lighter Side skillet and plant-based options
are also available.
For dinner guests will indulge in all-you-care-to enjoy signature skillets
featuring oak-smoked mustard-barbecued beef brisket, braised pork belly or
house-smoked salmon. All skillets come with your favorite cowboy sides such as
green beans, carrots, corn and mashed potatoes. The Plant-based skillet
features maple-chipotle barbecued jackfruit, mustard-glazed beefless tips,
over-roasted carrots and charred peppers.
Of course, you have to get the house favorite—Granny Smith apple pie.
