Our First Day Inside EPIC UNIVERSE — Travel Agent Preview Experience

Read Time:4 Minute, 21 Second

From the moment we stepped through the gates of Epic Universe, one thing was clear: the name isn’t just branding—it’s a promise. And wow, did it deliver. Over nearly 11 hours of exploration, thrills, surprises, and laughter, we got a taste of what’s bound to be one of the most talked-about parks in the world. Here’s how our epic adventure unfolded:

We Entered… and Got Hit with MONSTERS

We didn’t tiptoe in—we charged into the chaos with Monsters Unchained as our first ride. Imagine a haunted house cranked to eleven, fused with pulse-pounding action and storytelling only Universal can pull off. It’s eerie, intense, and utterly unforgettable. It set the bar sky-high for everything that followed.

Fuel Stop: Pizza Moon

Midway to madness, we made a pitstop at Pizza Moon. The vibe? Retro-cosmic meets family-friendly fun. The pizza? Solid, satisfying, and exactly what we needed to recharge. We predict this spot will be a go-to for quick and tasty refuels.

Into the Wizarding World

Next, we stepped through the doors of the Ministry of Magic—and into another reality. Battle at the Ministry is a spellbinding blend of immersive sets, sweeping effects, and blockbuster-worthy storytelling. Potter fans, get ready: this isn’t just a ride, it’s a full-on magical assault on the senses.

Ready to Race

Time to shift gears. We strapped into Stardust Racers, picked the green track, and took off. It’s sleek, it’s fast, and it genuinely feels like you’re flying through a galactic racecourse. Plus, the queue is a visual spectacle in its own right.

Mayhem in Donkey Kong Country

Mine Cart Madness? More like controlled chaos with a side of genius. That jumping track effect is wild—and had us laughing (and screaming) the whole time. Total crowd-pleaser.

Frozen Delight Break

We cooled down with a DK Crush Float—fizzy, fruity, and perfect for those Insta-worthy refresh moments. Delicious and photogenic? Yes, please.

Sweet Ride with Yoshi

After the thrills, Yoshi’s Adventure brought a moment of peace. This gentle ride winds through vibrant scenery and offers some of the best views of Super Nintendo World. Ideal for littles and grown-ups who need a breather.

It’s-a Mario & Luigi!

We randomly bumped into Mario & Luigi, and it was everything. These guys are full of energy, staying perfectly in character and posing up a storm. Little moments like this? Pure theme park magic.

Going Live

We took a break to go live and share the experience with our clients and fellow agents. Walking through this park in real time, with all its sights and sounds, felt like inviting the world into the future of theme parks.

Heartstrings + Fire: The Untrainable Dragon

This stage show is pure heart. Toothless is wonderfully expressive, and the storytelling pulls you right into the world of Berk. It’s emotional, beautifully done, and will absolutely be a family favorite.

Constellation Carousel isn’t your average merry-go-round. Think glowing, alien-like creatures and a dreamlike soundtrack. Even seasoned theme park goers will find this ride unique and captivating.

Dessert… with a Dash of Horror

We wandered into Das Stakehouse for dessert, and the gothic elegance was a mood. Picture spooky-chic atmosphere with treats that taste as good as they look. The perfect balance of creepy and classy.

The Bride of Frankenstein Made Her Entrance

When we met The Bride, she didn’t just talk—she commanded. Larger-than-life, dripping with drama, and unexpectedly hilarious, she’s one of the best character interactions we’ve had in any park.

Mushroom Kingdom Magic

Dinner at Toadstool Café? A total win. From immersive décor to playful presentations, this spot brings the Mario world to life in the most charming way. The digital windows are a show all their own.

The Ultimate Showdown: Bowser’s Challenge

We wrapped up Super Nintendo World with Bowser’s Challenge—an augmented reality racer that’s equal parts chaos and competition. One ride is never enough; the need to beat your score is real.

Was That the Invisible Man?

Possibly. Something bumped us, whispered near us, and definitely left us questioning reality. One of the cleverest surprise interactions in the park.

Things Got Lit (Literally)

We caught the Burning Blade Tavern show just in time for it to erupt—fire, effects, and all. The atmosphere here is pure adrenaline; it’s like stepping into a live-action fantasy sequence.

Final Moments with Hiccup & Toothless

As the sun dipped below the horizon, we ended our day meeting Toothless and Hiccup. The animation, the emotion, the reactions from kids and adults alike—it was the perfect emotional send-off.

Final Thoughts

We left sore-footed and starry-eyed. Epic Universe isn’t just a theme park—it’s a whole new level of storytelling, immersion, and innovation. And we can’t wait to start planning the ultimate trips here for our clients. If this preview is any indication, the future of family travel just got a whole lot more… EPIC.
