  • Transportation : Magic Kingdom by boat; all other theme parks and Disney Springs by bus **It is worth keeping in mind that boat service may be suspended during thunderstorms, Disney will provide buses in this case. For your planning needs, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from your resort room to either a boat or bus on property.
  • Check-in time 3:00 PM, Check-out time 11:00 AM. 
  • There are on site washers and dryers available for guest use.

CLUB LEVEL

The Old Faithful Club is located on the seventh floor.

Special services include a lounge, complimentary food and drink, nightly turn down and personalized service. There are 75 Old Faithful Club, most considered standard rooms as well as suites available.

Club level prices start at about $100 more per night than standard rooms at the Wilderness Lodge.

Upon arriving to Wilderness Lodge, concierge guests are taken to an exclusive area to be checked in and taken care of. Once guests are brought to the club level they will be introduced to the cast members on hand at two desks set up to be the resource for any special services they may need such as Advanced Dining Reservations, park tickets, and transportation options.

One of the best benefits to staying Club Level is the access to free food for most of the day. Light breakfast options are served, later in the day snacks are available along with an assortment of drinks including soda, hot drinks like coffee, and beer. In the evening appetizers and drinks are set out, including alcohol for guests to enjoy. The day is capped off with cordials and desserts. Mickey ice cream bars are available all day!

There are several tables and chairs set up for guests to you use throughout the day. Kids have their own area here with child sized table and chairs and a TV running Disney favorites.

Deluxe Room : Views of Bay Lake, Woodlands or Interior Courtyard. Deluxe Room is larger than Standard Room. 2 Queen Beds and 1 Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa. Separate sleeping area. Sleeps up to 6 Adults


Pools

Two pools. The largest, Copper Creek Springs Pool, sits sits in the middle of the resort’s courtyard. The pool is surrounded by rock work and lush vegetation and it includes a hot tub, kiddie pool and water player area. There is also a smaller, pool on property.

Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White – (CHARACTER DINING) 4pm-9pm- See some of your favorite Snow White characters every evening while dining in a rustic setting, inspired by the Disney film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!

Whispering Canyon Café – Gallop on over to this Old Western eatery for games and good eatin’ served with attitude. Open 7:30 am – 10pm

Territory Lounge 4pm-10pm -Has indoor seating and a full drink menu, with several beer selections, wines, and a selection of spirits.

Roaring Fork- 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM- Roaring Fork is small counter service restaurant with a limited menu. Prices range from $6 to $15 for an entree so you won’t break the bank. The menu is made up of burgers, sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas.

Resort Amenities

  • Electrical Water Pageant : Add some twinkling charm to each evening of your stay during a delightful nighttime water parade! Glimmering along the shoreline of this Resort hotel destination, the Electrical Water Pageant gives Guests of all ages the chance to marvel at spectacular sights and sounds as sparkling sea creatures—both grand in size and epic in scope—cruise the lagoon to electronic Disney tunes you know and love.
  • Watercraft Rentals and Bike Rentals : Available for use in Bay Lake 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Kayaks, sailboats, pedal boats, and Sea Raycers can be rented. Prices vary. All rentals can be purchased in a booth near Copper Creek Springs Pool.

TYPE OF RENTAL

Sun Tracker® Pontoon boats $45 for 30 minute- Smooth and spacious, the perfect choice for larger parties. Drivers must be at least 18 years of age. Maximum weight: 1,900 pounds.

  • Guided Fishing Excursions : Whether you’re a seasoned sportsman or an amateur angler, a guided fishing excursion is fun for Guests of all ages. Ask you travel advisor for help in booking or call (407) 939-FISH or (407) 939-3474 to make a reservation. Advance reservations are highly recommended.

Choose from Guided Bass Fishing Excursions, which includes a 21-foot Sun Tracker pontoon boat that can accommodate up to 5 Guests, and a tournament-style NITRO® bass fishing boat for up to 3 Guests. Both 2-hour and 4-hour excursions are offered, and if available, an extra hour may be added in person at the Marina. Solo anglers may book an afternoon excursion at a reduced rate.

All Walt Disney World Resort fishing excursions include: An experienced guide, Rod and reel, Tackle, Artificial and/or live bait (NITRO boats will not offer live bait,) Non-alcoholic beverages only (Guests may not bring alcoholic beverages aboard.)
